Thanks a lot, just trying to find a way to reproduce the blackness so there is little left to try and find behind in the dark.

I like the way you said that very much. You’ve reproduced the actual experience – but you used ordinary scenes most people don’t notice, like the grass after the rain and puddles with twigs in them. The result is much richer than typical photographic images of rainy days.
