You could say that, all of Scandinavia including Sweden was covered in kilometer-thick ice that disappeared just under 10,000 years ago. After that, the land mass rose and is still doing so, by 1-10 mm per year, lowest in the south and highest along the northern coast of Sweden. Here on the west coast about 2 mm per year, which to some extent may counteract future sea level rises due to the climate effect.
